ABOUT EUGENE CAMPBELL III

As a Professional Basketball Player, I currently play for Club Basket Albufeira in Portugal. I've played in Moldova, Armenia, Bosnia, and in the United States. It’s a pleasure and an honor to represent these different communities and play the sport that I love for them. Born and raised in New Jersey, I’m known for an aggressive style and wearing my heart on my sleeve while competing, but outside of work, I consider myself a soft-spoken person. While I absolutely love training and having sports as my career, I like to think of myself as more than just an athlete. I founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization called WalkAMileNOurShoes Inc to help the community that I'm from and to make a positive impact on homeless and low-income families. I’m working hard to be a positive role model to the youth of today by promoting physical activity, fair play, and building a legacy people will remember me for.
